Why are you sooooo obsessed with greek rank and sororities at maryland? You graduated. I'm in a top sorority - to be honest - I listened to snapped and honestly thought - I enjoyed my pledge period and being in a sorority. To keep going on.... why certain girls are traumatized by the greek system...has nothing to do with the system. Within you. Insecurities, anger, resentment that still lingers... it's not even sad... you want others to be unhappy with you??? Dark....

Like the mom on greek rank...her daughter got cut from popular houses - life. You got into a hot house and were miserable. For majority... rush goes fine, being in a sorority happy. I think its outcasts or girls who aren't comfortable within themselves or the result of their efforts. Life.

I wish the mom would get off the site... I wish you would... you don't fit into the greek system is fine BUT because you don't you want to cause problems or stir the pot for others. That's wrong, insecure and weak. You "snapped" put on a mask to get into the right house which failed...the moms child on this site got cut for reasons. The only ones not fitting in... there are reasons. 95% happy. There are other clubs on campus to join. Other people to be friendly with out of the greek system.

Snapped is just odd to me. The whole thing. I'm in a sorority...a top. Living in the house is fun, the parties are fun. To me...it all snowballed on her... her insecurities... maybe drinking to much because she felt uncomfortable.... lashing out... wanting everything to change for her because SHE felt uncomfortable.

Another girl wrote an article..she slept around.

If your drinking too much, sleeping around... girls in the houses do not want that. True.

Why they post podcasts, write newspaper articles... its within them. Insecurities that snowball but the public lashing out is anger? That part I don't get? Why so angry? Even after graduated? It's a choice to rush and join. If its NOT for you quit and move on. To publicly podcast...write an article....attention you seek...over and over again. Why? What within you needs attention to be seen? Why do you need to be seen and heard publicly? To be noticed? In a sorority house? At a huge university? After graduation?
