There was one round earlier this week and a very small portion participated. Everything is all opinion, not fact and this would be based on a very small opinion. Also there are people spouting out percentages and there is no way a pnm would know that info. This is all just current members coming on here to make it look like a pnm posted this.

nice try kd and theta trying to constantly shove alpha phi and Tridelt to bottom of top. The middle AXID AOPi and AXO and zeta seem the same as does the rest of the rank.
There is no number 1 spot
top tier in whatever order is
alpha phi, tridelt, theta and KD
next row is axid/aopi
next row is AXO
there never is 1 TOP...

This was by ranking and historically theta and KD have the highest retention rates like 90-99% tri delts is literally close to 45% lmao

I know for a fact theta loses a few girls a year who deactivate...where do you get these 99%? in the top 4... top 3 especially- they all lose the same amount? phi sig loses as many? some people dont like the house they got on bid day, dont make friends, are insecure, cant afford dues, decide they dont like rules... to say 1 house retains more pledges not true. folklore or bad pr by other jealits.... tridelt actually has the most seniors and juniors living in the house versus theta...fact. kd is a top tier but not as strong as the top 3. fact.

How is how many people living in the house relevant … all sororities have different cultures about living in the house and most seniors get senior houses while juniors live in landmark

tridelt has many senior living in house. This means not only do they enjoy living in the house aka "sisterhood".... but it keeps everyone active and present. Yes, it does mean something since you all focus on sisterhood so much and retention. thetas don't have as many seniors so into the house still by senior year. This I've heard from actual girls in houses. We discuss it.
