^^!! Also, the girls in aphi right now aren't bad people, in fact most of the girls I know in there are great! But as a business they definitely should address it and make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm not in aphi and I'm upset about what they did to her as an SA survivor, but I recognize that last year all the girls graduated. Who knows? Maybe the girls in it now are different and they really don't have anything to do with it. But as a business, they are associated with it whether they like it or not and it should be addressed. Aphi, I'm not slamming you and I don't think you deserve the hate you're getting. But you do need to address it since you are a business and organization like any corporate organization would. I know some of you are on the pr track and should know this.

I literally don't know why people are defending that when people who were literally there confirmed that everything she said about aphi is true.

It is extremely important to keep this topic and information about Alphapee on greekrank. Until this sorority at UMD publicly comes to terms about the incident, we must continue to hold the sorority accountable. They are hoping people will forget. They are hoping that it will disappear or fade away. They are hoping that people will grow weary and tired. Like many injustices, this must be acknowledged. They are hiding behind a wall of silence and excuses. We don't want it to happen again.

Aphi you are a business at the end of the day. If this happened to any other business, they would come out with press releases, plans for improvement, an apology, etc. That's the professional thing to do. But you HAVE NOT ADDRESSED ANYTHING. The only thing I've heard from any girl in aphi on the issue is that "they graduated why do people care so much" UM BECAUSE YOU ARE ASSOCIATED WITH IT AND THINGS DONT JUST CHANGE OVERNIGHT, ESPECIALLY GIVEN HOW RECENTLY THIS HAPPENED. So be professional and address it and fix the issues you have within and outside your sorority that we can all see. Come on, ladies. Hold yourselves accountable.

lol you act like the college girls in alpha phi are the ones making the big decision. a decision to speak publicly about this would most certainly be in the hands of adult advisors. these girls aren’t interested in the business of managing a sorority and basically just do whatever their advisors say. the organization of alpha phi as a whole is definitely f’ed up but you need to stop attacking the girls who have no relation to the incident
