heard KOX is a new fraternity on campus

I’m a freshman and heard people talking about KOX. I was wondering if anyone heard about them. Someone told me they’re a new top tier but can’t find anything about nationals. Does that matter? They were rushing me hard and seemed like cool guys. Should I join?
