Sororities SHALLOW AF with pnm selections

I heard all the advice given to PNM's to look BEYOND the supposed "ranks" and to instead make selections based on genuine connections because it IS about sisterhood and potential friendships. But after looking my best and having what I thought were GREAT conversations, I can only think I have been cut because I don't have as many instagram followers and likes as some PNM's that are being invited back. So what is being preached to the PNM's by the RG's is clearly not being preached to the sororities when ranking the PNM's. Just disappointing to go through this and feel like it was all based on something so shallow. As we know....people are way more authentic if they are NOT obsessed with followers and likes. Sororities just haven't gotten the memo. Go deeper sisters.

Nah, sororities don't look at Instas anymore - no one has the time. Is it based off looks during rounds though? Absolutely

What do you think rankings are based on? There are Sororities that choose people based on many things,not just looks and IG followers, but those houses are ranked lower on here. Sounds like you were dropped by the ones who select based on outer appearance and the ones that don't you cut.

SAME GIRL I dropped out. This is ridiculous looking at the zoom call I don’t know who they are inviting back because none of my friends and I got good houses back and we all I would say are pretty rich blonde

yes the process is messed up. I have plenty of insta followers and I still dropped out so it is def not off insta or looks clearly

lmao no offense but i think u just cared about the fake superficial houses because that is not the case for some of the houses here. i think its funny bc this stuff gets said every year and yet so many people drop out because they think they got "loser" houses back after cuts
