Informal Fall Recruitment?

What’s the deal with fall recruitment ? I hear it’s informal. How does that work?
Also, do sororities give snap bids after bid day this spring?

Only some sororities participate in informal recruitment, it’s up to them and sometimes tends to be those in need of members. It’s kinda like open houses and then getting asked to return for a chat or something. Snap bids happen if a house needs more new members to meet quota and didn’t reach that after bid day. Girls that dropped rush or didn’t get a bid otherwise MIGHT get called by a house they were dropped from and be offered a bid hope that helps
