Top tier sororities

Genuinely curious how KD’s dues are almost 1/4 of all the other top tiers but has one of the biggest houses and everything they have done looks great? How do sorority budgets and dues work lol

all sorority dues work differently. merch might be included in dues or it might not be. KDs dues might seem really low but when they come out with a new hoodie theyll charge you $50

the $ amount for dues on the pha website are all inaccurate. each srat charges you differently. Like the other reply said some do not include merch in the budget while others do. some houses require you to be on a meal plan or to live in the house. plus of course there are plenty of other expenses such as buying stuff for your little and buying the outfits you need for recruitment. Any house u end up in is going to be expensive, but ofc if u ask someone they will lie and say their house is affordable.
