which fraternities are rising/falling?

I am interested in rushing and would like to join a frat on the upswing... not necessarily top house. Which frats are rising all around and which are falling?

You should check out Sig Kap. They are an awesome fraternity I have a ton of friends in there. They are on the upswing and they are way more down down to earth than the other frats. In fact, if you swing by #10 on the row I'm sure they'd be glad to show you around.

While there is Kap Sig which is a fraternity, I would recommend either Alpha Sig or Phi Psi.
