Being top tier or bottom tier does not matter

Hi PNMS, sorority girl here. Just wanna let you know that getting into a top tier sorority may seem like EVERYTHING to you during the rush process but guess what? At the end of the day, TIERS DO NOT MATTER. Wherever you end up, you'll be happy. Greekrank is the only place that exists that people actually care about tiers, but I promise you, it really honestly truly does not matter at all. Nobody actually cares. All sororities social with frats and trust me, generally speaking, there are hot guys in every frat if that's what you're into. And honestly, during day drink season, social pairs aren't a thing. Everyone interacts, some more than others, with other sororities and frats and I 80% of the time you're going to have good friends in your sorority. You have to understand that if girls in a top tier drop you, they don't want you there or don't see you as someone they want to be friends with. Why would you want to be surrounded by people who don't want you there? Being in a sorority is comforting because you can walk into a room full of your sisters and most, if not all, want you there and see you as someone who they want to be around. Please rush where you feel comfortable and if you feel nervous rushing any certain sorority, chances are that it isn't for you. Save those tears when/if you get dropped and understand it has NOTHING to do with your looks or personality. I guarantee wherever you end up, you'll love. And if you don't love where you end up, there are COUNTLESS opportunities to party, makes friends, get involved and do philanthropy all across campus. Don't let rush stress you out. Your rho gammas are going to tell you this until they are blue in the face but everything they are saying is true. You will end up where you're supposed to be.
