Rushing as a sophomore

Is it weird to rush as a sophomore? I just transferred this year and wanna rush a sorority but idk if it would be awkward being a year older than the pledge class. Is it actually weird or am I overthinking this lol

No its normal a lot of people do that. its harder to get in to top tiers tho
