basically it’s that human beings in the future have evolved enough to understand how to move through time (the 4th dimension) and represented that for cooper in the black hole so he could send the data to murph so she could save the human race. with what we know about physics right now it’s not really possible to send anything out of a black hole, but the physical representation of time is a pretty accurate way of explaining the 4th dimension.
