how bad is pledging a top tier frat?

I’m rushing next semester but I don’t know how big of a commitment it is to pledge a nice frat and if I’ll be able to handle it. I’m interested in Phi Delt, ATO and Delta sig. How hard is pledging at these? Which would be the easiest/ hardest? Is hazing big here at umd? Thanks

how good a frat is has nothing to do with how easy or hard pledging is. Plenty of mid tier frats have terrible pledging and high tier frats have easy pledging its a mixed bag
