spring 2020 rush

How intense is rush here at UMD? I'm registered to rush in 2 weeks but I'm worried most of the top tier sororities already have their pc picked out from recommendations and legacy. I don't have any ties to the greek life here but really want to be active in the community. Is it worth it?

And these are great sororities just like all the other ones here at UMD! Definitely go through recruitment. Not one sorority has their pledge class already picked out and being a legacy does not guarantee anyone a bid.

top tiers do not have their pcs picked out already! don’t worry about that and just go through and be yourself
