pool house safety??

i heard some rumors about the lambda pool house having leeches or some sort of bad bacteria in it.... is this true in any way? my friend's roommate got sick from the pool apparently

i can verify that there are no leeches but there are tadpoles and juvenile frogs and a lot of mosquitos

idk about the pool but the lambda guys are so cool and always get me off when i lay with them
