Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Delta Delta, Sigma Kappa, and Phi Sigma Sigma. You can find more info on the umd Panhellenic website. Hope I see you this fall for recruitment!!

These sororities have fall rush because their numbers are down or they need the money and can not wait till the Spring.

In response to Terp, yes those reasons may be true for some of them, but it does not make them any less amazing organizations. Unless you are in one of those organizations, you can really only speculate. Newterp, I encourage you to attend the recruitment parties in the fall, and if you don't think you're a match with any of these groups, try again in the spring. :)
