so people can feel better about themselves despite associating their own confidence with ranks that are based purely off of status, looks and popularity. aka, they're garbage. just don't join greek life

There is nothing wrong with being a part of Greek Life, however when you validate your worth by demeaning others, that's a different story. So ranks really are just that and there is no point to them unless you are extremely insecure and care about other people's shallow opinions. Nothing makes them valid.

No matter how many times you say a lie that doesn't make it true.
