4 tiers

by:    

1. Aphi, tri delt, KD, theta

2. AOii, AXiD, AXO

3. ZTA, DG, Aephi, Gphi, Deeph, Phi Sig

4. SDT, SK, ADPI

no point in rankin within tiers, pretty much the same. 2 and 3 are both mid but 2 is a little higher up than 3. Theta could also possibly be in 2, zeta could be in 2.

Too top heavy! No wTHETA moves down. APHI is the on e to move down! AXO is next to move down to level 3.
