honestly, frat ranks are just like popularity in high school. Popular frats social with popular sororitys, and the same for mid and bottom. If you really like the people in one place, it's more likely that you are going to meet more people that you like by being in that fraternity. The only thing is that, on average, top frats and sororitys tend to have more good looking people, but that sometimes comes at the cost of vapidity.

went to a phi delt event and they all looked pretty scrawny and short how are they top then?
