wanting a sorority b4 even going through recruitment

Ok so I've seen several comments on here about wanting a certain sorority or really liking a certain sorority, it even asking how to get in a top sorority....
Have you gone to several recruitment events? Do you know a lot of people in this Sorority and do you hang out with them? I'm guessing no.
This is the major problem with people going through recruitment. You are basing your opinion on pictures on social media which are usually highly edited and where certain sororities only show a small portion of their members. Just take a look, you will see it. This is not reality. Did some guy tell you "all the hot girls are in xyz" or "xyz" are irrelevant? The point is, stop basing decisions off of something you don't know. Actually go through with recruitment with an open mind. You may be surprised.

Yes I'm sure that's exactly why people coming on here want a specific sorority. Get real.

The poster was talking about people who don't know anything about the sororities and basing it off this site and IG.

The point of going through formal recruitment it to actually get to see all of the sororities...
