what do top/mid tier sororities look for in a girl?

I’m curious what it is that these sororities really look for in new members

Top sororities 100p just look for superficial things. If you don't spend a million dollars on clothes, makeup, etc then you literally won't fit in. Middle sororities are a mix of girls that typically a more real and get along well. Lower are nice but are the girls that just took what they could get

just go in to recruitment be yourself and keep an open mind. you won’t be happy wherever you end up if you feel like you have to act a certain way.
