First off, making quota plays no part in the strength of their sisterhood (the main point of going Greek). For possible COB purposes, SK, SDT, ADPI, Tri Delta, and DPhiE were all under quota, some by more and some by less. And not all those 5 will do COB, it all depends on each chapters recruitment team.

Only if they openly advertise their COB. Don’t email them like HI I HEARD YOU MISSED QUOTA ID LIKE TO JOIN PLZ.
email Panhellenic that is your best bet. If a sorority is not openly advertising their COB then that means they are either not having it or are doing it invite only cob.
