I’m pretty sure that ADPi always does COB. Maybe email their recruitment girl. Or you can email Panhellenic.

It means continuous open bidding. Sororities that don't meet the quota are able to give out bids to girls who did not end up at a house on bid day or didn't go through the process at all. A great way to join a sisterhood in a less stressful way than Formal Recruitment.

im pretty sure adpi and sdt will be doing cob (both were very under quota). i would check their social media pages (facebook and instagram) or email panhellenic.
