Do people get cut at this point

As long as you ranked all the chapters you had available to you, you will get a bid from someone. As far as certain chapters cutting you at this point/not getting your number 1 choice...it can happen. Most girls get their number one. Very few get their number 3.

Right. Rank both chapters so you get a bid! I definitely know girls that didn't get their first choice.
