Last year my best friend and I went through Recruitment. We ended up preffing the same two houses, one a "top" tier and one a "bottom" tier. We put the houses down in the exact same order on our bid sheet hoping that we would end up in the same house together. Well, I ended up in one and she in the other. That is how easy it is for someone to be in a top tier as easily as it is to be in a bottom tier. Honestly either of could have easily been switched and we both would be just as happy. We are still the best of friends. I take her to my parties and she takes me to hers, yes girls do that cause let's face it guys suck. Also, we are not the only people this happened to do this isn't an isolated incident.
So, stop acting like certain people are better just because they are in one house or another. Stop crapping on the Sororities. You don't know what it takes to keep one going, all the requirements there are from the school and each National org. Every Sorority works hard during Recruitment and want to show you how amazing their Sisterhood is. Give them all a chance before writing them off. You never know what you will be missing.

Completely agree. My opinion is the guys do the most rakngs on here and then everyone just jumps on the bandwagon. I think people just need to go into the whole process with an open mind, make decisions on their own experiences. You could be feeling one way and then a few people in your rho gham group say something horrible about a house you liked. That definitely doesn't help.

Yes! There is a Sorority that I really liked and three girls in my group cut the same house based on what guys have told them. It upsets and if I was someone that was easily swayed I would definitely think twice about how I feel.
