Lets be honest, it doesn't matter as much where frats stand right now, it's which direction they are trending. A top house may be cool right now, but could be going down and vice versa for lower houses. Based off this years ranks, here is how many see it:
Rising: KA (back to top), Zeta Psi, Pi Kapp, Phi Psi, SAE
Falling: Phi Delt (Somo hurting them), Delta Sig, Lambda, Sig Nu, PSK
Other frats seem to be staying where they are, but things could change
