lol as someone currently going through recruitment i can honestly tell you it’s not degrading lol. all the women going through recruitment rn all chose to do this because it’s something they want to be a part of. is it long days? yes. is it a lot of the same conversations? yes. is it trying to show people the best version of yourself and trying to leave the best first impression you can? yes. it’s very similar to any interview or adult conversation you will have a million times in your life with people you may not know very well. if you find that degrading then you’re going to have a hard time with anything you’ll have to work for or go through an “application process” for which is most of the real world. if you don’t like it or think you’re cut out for it, then don’t do it. but don’t make false assumptions unless you actually have an idea of what the process is. and greekrank isn’t the place to be looking.
