spring rush

Is spring informal rush for sororities a thing? I saw a couple of posts on this website about it but I wasn't sure if it was true. I don't care about tiers and all that crap and I honestly like a lot of the bottom and middle tier sororities, so no, this post is not spam on top tiers and crap, I just missed the sign ups and am genuinely just wondering if this is a thing.

Houses that aren't at Chapter total can choose to hold open houses and "Recruitment like" events. It is very informal. A lot of times if you are friends with someone in the chapter you will hear about different opportunities but it isn't always advertised.

Last year only 1 sorority did an informal rush in the spring. Better to wait till fall till there are a few more
