Honest question out of curiosity... what do the 4 “top tiers” base their recruitment picks on? Do they just look at a girl and determine if she’s hot/popular enough to keep up w their reputation/be in their sorority? Like how does that work is it really that shallow because it looks like it from the outside and its really discouraging

looks. 70% on if you are pretty (you dont have to be drop dad gorgeous), if you are fashionable, have money and keep up with trends, are basic af

They’ll never say it like that but basically if you were “cool” and “pretty” enough to be popular in hs you’ll probably end up in a top tier if not then no (which isnt a bad thing bc not being in a top tier isnt the end of the world lmao)
