how/why is fiji considered top?

Just wondering why fiji is considered top? Met a couple of their kids and I dont see the hype

They claim to be but are very similar to like 4 other frats based on their parties and who they social with. Fiji=Phi Delt=KA=AEPi=ATO=Sig Chi, etc. all have similar social schedules
