recruitment take 2

If I went through recruitment and got a bid my freshman year, but didn't take it, would it be weird to go through formal again as a sophomore?

what makes you think sororities that had previously dropped you would take you this time?

If you rush the second time and don't make any changes you're going to have the same result. If your grades were low, you should raise your GPA. If you weren't involved enough, you should join clubs or volunteer in a meaningful way. If you're introverted and shy, you should practice expressing your personality verbally, and conversation skills. Rush isn't random and groups that cut you aren't just going to magically forget you rushed previously, you need to make changes.
