i'm visiting from another school
by: wow UMD is harshThe greek life system at UMD is unbelievably hostile compared to any other school I have visited. It's like everyone is looking for beef. I'm only here for a short visit but something feels off about this schools greek life system, like there is no sense of community or teamwork everyone just looks out for their own house and hates all the other houses. is this accurate terps? if it is y'all should try working together (and i dont mean joint daydrinks) i mean being able to organize events as a greek life community so y'all can meet eachother and make friends instead of acting like hotbois and looking for fights. Just my two cents while I pass through here.

Part of me thinks your a student here who's bluffin because that was spot on lol. The y'alls make me think youre from a southern school though which makes sense because they're way more into the real intended Greek Life community than what we have at Maryland. Everyone here is just looking to act tough and front but they're really a bunch of insecure people hiding behind letters.

Agreed. It's not everyone, but a portion which makes it very hard for the people that want to work together to do so.
