Nah you can lose your IFC/DFSL recognition and still have a charter. It's not really a thing here but it's prevalent at some schools.

Without recognition, Kappa Sig would just be irrelevant. NO HC, No Greek week, No scheduled events, etc. They would be just an underground/rogue social club.

Doesn't that mean the same thing? If you're not recognized you don't have a charter because you're not operating in a way that nationals approves
