umd is too obsessed with ranks
by: chillyou know its bad when even the southern schools judge us for it. im honestly just tired of seeing "pike/sigchi/azd/... self rank" on every single post. who cares? it just hurts our greeklife as a whole

I just don't get it. Why can't we actually support each other instead of dogging every one. If a Chapter is struggling, support them! If a Chapter needs help recruiting, help. The only thing this internal fighting does is push people away from the Greek System and make the people in it look like dueches.

Do you realize how large of a campus UMD is. There are plenty of people on campus available to join. It really isn't that competitive. Every one can play nice in the sand box.

its because there are 3000 fraternities at UMD and they have to be ultra competitive to do well or stay relevant.
