legacies rushing

Some chapters have a rule where a chapter has to put you at the top of their bid list if you're a legacy. Others have to notify your parents or the person who makes you a legacy if they drop you. Some chapters don't care and will go through the awkwardness of calling while others won't want to do it so they'll keep you on their list.
It honestly depends on chapter.

That's with formal Recruitment when there are technical rounds. With informal when each house has only so many spots it just all depends on each house. Certain houses do have to contact their district person lead who then has to contact the family member that is already a member with reasoning as to why you weren't given a bid.
