Opening Day combined with Delt's annual laborday Luau will be a party CP hasn't seen for many years. Rumor on the street, they're in talks with combining with fiji for it.

If they do, there not going to be able to use it. Off-campus kids on the lease = somo for having parties at that house. Same thing happened to adphi

Check your facts 'ifc' Delts were never chartered, therefore per IFC rules, they are free to do as they please (rush wherever, party with whoever, etc).
