what's up with agr here?

So I don't really know much yet because I'm not going to Maryland until the fall but I have a buddy who is in agr at Penn State and they're a pretty decent upper mid tier frat there. It seems like they're not even mentioned at Maryland and aren't even listed in the ifc. what's their deal?

i think AGR is the best frat on campus, they can do whatever they want since they aren't in IFC
