Who decides what sororities and what frats are their brother frats?? Ik dg and psk, theta and phi delt, kd and fiji etc... who decides that? Does every sorority have a "brother" frat or

I dont think anyone decides, its usually sororities and frats that are at the same rank and who hang out with each other a lot

It's not a real thing at UMD. There are national brother/sister frats/sorororities but UMD doesn't validate that.
