The trend in cp is that sororities are moving into some really nice party houses. Guess what when you do this frats have less places to party that means, no one can party as much. If this trend continues only like 5 frats will be able to throw down.

Live in a chapter house or apartment!

Mad good houses that could be put to better uses (partying) are taken up by girls. I understand the want (and need) to live in a nice house, but i think it often goes without thought the fact that you are contributing to the decline of the UMD greek system. Live in the chapter house, we all know everyone has trouble filling those.. it's not a secret
