They're trying to get back on. I know some of the sororitys (not mine specifically) social with them . Honestly they are sketchy because they can get away with more bc they're off campus, but also I have gone to one of their date parties before and they're actually are some super nice guys in theos

Theos is dying and considering they don't have NewP next year and their cool guys are graduating soon I would expect them not to last much longer. They get smaller and smaller classes each semester. Only reason they're honestly still around is cause they're technically a real club not just an off campus frat.
