KD Alpha Phi and theta are always ranked top but they dont live up to the hype

Confused why KD is being ranked so high when they are barely a hot sorority.. their older pledge classes are decent looking but their latest pledge class was not cute at all and the pledge class before them wasn't much better. Aphi and theta have significantly hotter girls and are just cooler in general... KD looks like a middle tier sorority and should not be above either of those two.

Tiers at umd are dumb bc sororities like kd and theta are considered top no matter how well they are doing while others like axid etc who have been doing well are still mid tier bc thats how it is. Makes no sense

Same goes for bottom tier. No matter how good they do, no one ever sees it because everyone is stuck in their own little world. This is why rankings are BS and they never change so no reason to keep posting new ones over And over again.

Honestly the tiers are somewhat accurate if you are going by looks and popularity... girls tend to rush when they are freshmen so obviously they are still in the high school mindset... the girls that were cool/popular in high school and are hot all stick together to form the top tier, girls who weren't popular etc stick with their respective groups. the groups from high school transcend into college and that's where we get the high school mindset and tiers.
With that being said, if you look at the tiers, KD is not top house. The girls in theta and alpha phi are significantly hotter and cooler than KD girls.

But that mindset is extremely immature which is why Freshman who rush and get cut from their "dream house" drop out. They also listen to the opinions of others way too much rather than judging for themselves. IMO, when sophomores and juniors are rushing, they choose where they fit in and who they click with, not what people they look like, which just shows a more mature person in general.

Yes I'm aware that it's a stupid mindset. I'm just pointing out the fact that most girls rush as freshmen. Most freshmen still are in that mindset. And that that mindset then promotes them to rush based on tiers, and in the end just supports the whole superficial tier system.
