That was what the cease and desist letter they received was for. It was informing them that fraternity operation needs to stop while an investigation will be conducted by both University/DFSL and their National. So yes, they are screwed.

Why would that be unreal??? It just goes to show that Kappa Sig is not that well liked as they think they are.

If you look back on this sight, people cheer whenever any frat gets in trouble. It is all part of the bad greek community we have here.
