Is ATO declining, honestly? As of last spring they were up there with Sig Chi and KA maybe even FIJI

Other then their current seniors, yes they're a declining fraternity. They used to be up there but have consistently take in weak PCs and lose the bids they want the most to fiji, alongside a handful to some mid tier frats.

imo ATO gets A LOT more hate than they deserve. They're definitely one of the best frats and we love their most recent pc

It's not that they are awful. It's just they aren't as good as they used to be. Their most recent pledge classes have been very hit or miss. And they were never up with Fiji they were right below AEPi at best

ATO's pledge classes haven't been the best, and so therefore ATO is declining. For instance, the guys they wanted in the last 2 years mostly accepted bids at fiji or ka, aepi, etc. instead. They have good greek relations however, but ultimately take in guys who end up getting bids from mostly "mid tier" fraternities.
