If confirmed, I see 3 violations.....Hazing, physical abuse and endangering the welfare of a pledge/member. This could result in a suspension (1 or 2 yrs) or revocation of recognition. Either way AEPI is screwed.

The "Revolving Door" effect. As fast as some fraternities enter UMD, they are some that are exiting UMD. It's been going on the last 20 years.

If you are going to be dumb, be dumb in private. Your brothers may think it is cute to do stupid things in public. The reality is the rest of the world will think you are probably hazing your new members. All it takes is the wrong person to report it as hazing (even if it isn’t) and your chapter is in a world of hurt.

Kinda sad that even if this is true, 53+ (currently) up voted 80+ kids losing their fraternity. Solid community guys

But If this is true, AEPi brothers are at fault themselves and they need to be held accountable for their actions, just like other fraternities that did similar acts and got kicked off. They are NO different!!!
