rushing a sorority as a sophomore transfer?

Transferring to UMD next fall and I was wondering how it is for girls that rush as sophomore transfers? Are top tier houses open to giving them a bid or do these girls usually get middle tier bids? I'm a legacy if that helps...

Being a sophomore doesn't make a difference. It depends on you as a person. Being a legacy will only get you so far as well. It doesn't guarantee a bid anywhere.
