I'm a second semester freshman rn. Have a busy semester so I couldn't make it out to rush
Do most top chapters only give bids to transfers in the fall? Thinking about pledging my sophomore fall

Yes! You still have a great shot. Honestly most places dont care if you're a sophomore. I rushed as a freshmen and a sophomore and I had a much much better experience this year. So I would go for it
