Is Theta doing informal recruitment in the fall? Someone told me they are but not sure if it is true.

we'd first need to know:
A) Did they take less than 47 new members?
B) Are they under total/well be under total in the fall? (156 members)

They made quota so only if they have girls drop out of their pledge class i'd imagine.

A lot of their spring 15s are seniors graduating with spring 14, so yeah, they'll probably have to do fall
