I know GPHIB is 52 and ZTA is 49

Any sorority that had a pledge class less than 47 was under quota. Those that have 47 or 48 and lose pledges because they drop out during the semester will be under quota. So why haven't we heard from all the sororities?

47 is waay too little for the amount of girls that rushed, no wonder so many girls got dropped by a lot of chapters after the first round

No........That's not How that works...at all.
Quota is determined by how many PNMs are left after pref round. That number is then divided by the number of chapters on campus (15) and then they use historical drop out data to give a +/- adjustment and boom that's how you get quota. 1000 PNMs started recruitment and we had 770 left right before pref which would've given us a quota of 50ish but then after pref and before bid matching some more PNMs dropped, giving us a quota of 47.
Quota is based on the number of girls rushing so do not try to blame the fact that you got dropped by a bunch of chapters on it because those two things have nothing to do with each other.

forgot we added GPhi my bad. They divide by 16. But yeah that is how quota is figured out. Number of PNMs after pref round who do not drop out divided by the number of chapters, +/- a few based on historical data.
