Awesome? Snap bids are given out by chapters who couldn't make quota, meaning not enough PNMs wAnted them. How is that awesome.

No snap bids are extended to women who removed themselves from the process.
Quota additions are women who did not get matched in the initial bid matching process.

I think they do it before so everyone can be included on bid day and doesn't feel left out. It's pretty awesome that a house is willing to give people snap bids.
