Snap bid from who is the question. Only chapters that don't make quota through regular bid matching will give out snap bids. And if a chapter dropped you during a round, they won't offer you a snap bid.

if you dropped out because you wanted a certain house and they cut you, you won't be getting a snap bid from them.

my rho gamma said snap bids can ge given even if you were dropped theyre just unlikely in general

your rho gamma is giving you false hope. Snap bids are not uncommon for low recruiting chapters (like ADPi) but even they won't snap bid someone they cut!!!
