It's called..."Line Them Up And Sign Them UP". This type of recruitment is used when fraternity(s) are desparate for members and they don't care what type of guys they get as long has they have #'s. This NEVER works. Usually about 40% of these guys end up being RMP (Risk Management Problem) and it spells out danger to the chapter. I guess that explains why so many fraternities at UMD get kicked off.
